Jason was enthusiastic and had many ‘open houses’ for my property when there were no guests. I did not hear from Jason very often but I figured he did contact me when necessary. Because I had to sell my property at a loss Jason did negotiate a better rate for his fees. The house sale was actually completed by one of Jason’s sales team, Jean. Jean was matter of fact, down to earth and contacted me appropriately. I suspect Jean had to be very supportive of the purchaser who possibly was not sure of how the process works in Queensland.
