Jason went above and beyond with this sale. The buyer kept changing the purchaser names (3 times) and we all had to have extreme patience to continue. Jason was contactable at all times and very understanding of my frustrations with this sale. But we got there in the end with a higher price than expected as he negotiated with the buyer to help meet our finance needs because of the delays. Jason was friendly but professional and very understanding. I would highly recommend him to any prospective buyers or sellers.
