It has been a delight dealing with Jason. We were renting an apartment at Jacksons Landing, and invited him to visit us to discuss our plans to buy in the area. He listened carefully, then suggested an apartment he had sold some years earlier, and he thought the owner just might be ready to sell. Sure enough, within a few days Jason called us back to say the owner would sell. We negotiated a satisfactory price, buying the apartment we wanted off market thus avoiding all the tensions of auctions or competitive bidding.
