At the outset of our first meeting with Jason, my wife and I felt comfortable doing business with him. There was no 'hard sell' or pushiness that we had experienced when looking at some other properties as we sought to find our new home. Our purchase required a lot of considerations and Jason worked with us to obtain information and provide answers to our questions; this was of great value as we were looking at moving 'from city to country'. He facilitated additional property inspections for us, including one at short notice for a close relative who was travelling through the area, and he managed our many questions that needed vendor input. He always responded quickly and fully. Jason listened to our concerns and never dismissed them - he took them on board and came back with reasoned responses and comments. His contribution enabled us to go forward and make a purchase that we have completed and with which we are 100% happy and comfortable!
