All requests we made were accepted and completed by the time we asked. Jason gave us lots of advice about were would could get help in our move. He advised on the selling price and achieved the sale price we asked for, although there were not many bidders. We could not have been happier.

We had two families who were keen and able to pay more than expected to buy our house so the auction process worked in our favour. The request to put the house on the market at a lower price than we were happy with 24hours prior to auction a bit stressful would give 4.5 stars if possible. Jason was very accepting when we stuck to our original plan. I think part of the sales strategies that I think lots of agents use. I wouldn't want a job in sales myself! I would be only too happy to choose Jason again if I had another house to sell.
