We first met Jason at an auction unrelated to the purchase of our house we bought and found him to be very friendly. Unsuccessful at the auction we got talking to Jason about other properties in Portland and he had good knowledge of the area and the current market. We did a drive by of the house we have bought and he organised entry to the place within minutes. We submitted an offer and he was very quick to negotiate price with the vendor and relay back to us. During the whole process Jason has shown much professionalism and very prompt communication also. When I moved to Portland Jason went out of his way to organise people to help unload the truck which shows to me that he is very much there to help his clients.
