We recently decided to sell our investment property at Loganlea in Qld., as it was managed by local real estate agent All Properties Group, we therefore listed it with them. Property Manager Jason Savage had constantly kept in touch with us, giving us an update on property prices in the area before we decided to sell. Once we listed it with him, Jason went out of his way to achieve the best possible price. He engaged a handy man to spruce up the house on the outside, mow the lawn and have a general tidy up in the garden so the house looked more presentable. It wasn't long before an offer was made on the property and Jason negotiated between us and the buyer until an agreement was reached. The buyer put a deposit on the house and engaged the services of a building inspector. A few issues were found with the property and once again Jason went out of his way to help us by getting quotes for the repairs required and also the work done before settlement. As we live interstate, we had no way of doing this ourselves or achieving the work to be done on time. The result was a good outcome with both parties being satisfied.
