If he sees something fishy OR doesnt find something right, he gives them a chance to correct, else pulls out(of course keeping the customer informed). We contacted Jason about a property that we were interested in but it was unfortunately under offer at the time. Jason was quick to let us know but reassured that he would be in contact if anything changed. Fortunately for us, the previous offer fell through and Jason called us straight away, allowing us to secure the property that day.
