Jason is a knowledgeable, professional, affable real estate agent with extensive tips on how to present your property for sale. Some other agents we met with came with their pre prepared sales spiels and suggested expensive staging costs, which would have made their jobs easier but that did not necessarily help the vendor’s net cash position. Jason listened to us and advised on how to best present our property based on his many years of selling experience. We sold our property in August 2018, during the market downturn. Jason demonstrated his professionalism by being able to negotiate effectively even during this difficult time. Any agent can negotiate well during a property boom - it’s only the star performers who can still do so during a market downturn.
