Our decision to sell our family home was not taken lightly. Nor initially was the decision to assign an agent for the sale. We had contacted Jason Smart along with another local well known agent. Jason was quickly in contact and a time/date was organized to catch up. Prior to meeting with us Jason had put together a hard bound book complete with research of our home, historical sales, current sales and marketing plans (that trust me work!!! be well guided by Jason on this we without question sold quickly based on his advice). All costs were discussed at this meeting and there are no surprises at the end folks its all up front. We ran a very successful campaign with multiple groups at open and six offers in week one. This did not happen by chance. We put allot of hard work into our sale and were well guided by Jason along the way. I think you would really struggle to find a more reputable agent / family man as Jason. He is simply outstanding at his job, his passion for his family won me from the get go, the sales pitch was ON POINT, contactable, honest (both for vendor and buyer). Again no hesitation in recommending Jason, hence the reason I am taking the time to sit here and write this review.
