Jason was very professional throughout the entire process of purchasing this house. He was always willing to help and stayed in contact throughout.

Jason responded quickly to our request for an appraisal(within one day) as we were flying back to NZ the following day. He was straight up about the market and the unit was under contract within two weeks. Jason has been excellent to deal with throughout the whole transaction.

We believe that jason performed well above the average and sold our house in what we believe was a very quick timeframe. Overall Jason runs a very good operation and would be happy to recommend his services. As by way of constructive criticism my only issue is that the rental property inspections failed to detect that the tenants allegedly had 3 dogs had countless other pets in the property. More than the agreed contract... Stricter inspections would have been appreciated.

I recently contacted Jason Smith to place a property on the market. He went into action. Within 24 hours it was for sale, and open inspections followed soon after.
