My husband and I first met Jason 2 years when we decided to put our house on the market. We were immediately impressed with his knowledge of our area and the industry. After a short time, our plans changed and we took our house of the market and Jason was respectful of our decision and said to let him know when we were ready again. He didn't hound us or pressure us after this and when we decided to put our house back on the market, Jason was our choice. He had our house on the market quickly and interested parties were shown through our property within the first week and we had a contract signed within a week and thankfully before having to have an open house. Jason worked hard negotiating between parties to ensure we got that price we wanted. The communication we had with Jason and Annette was fantastic and it was a stress free experience. I have just recently sold my property with the assistance of the professional and friendly team at Ray White Murumba Downs. When my Nan first met with Jason she was given a very smart looking folder containing all the info she could wish for. It was presented in a format that displayed from day 1 how professional Jason was. He took the time to sit down and clearly show my Nan all the recent comparable sales in the area which helped to accurately price her property, as well as thoroughly explaining the listing campaign and giving Nan the final say on how things would be run. We were then introduced to other Ray White agents who were equally as professional and courteous. The photographer that Jason arranged was incredible. The shots of the house were beyond our expectations, and the whole time he was in the house, he was extremely respectful to Nan and the home and was very mindful not to take too long and miss the beautiful sun set. Again he was polite, professional and a great addition to the already incredible service received by Jason and his team at Ray White. The thing that stood Jason apart was his honesty. He wasn’t afraid to tell us the truth when it came to pricing and having reasonable expectations. It’s easy as vendors to “think” our home is worth a certain amount because we love it and we have spent x amount on it, but as Jason clearly explained, the property will only sell for what someone is willing to pay and in accordance to current market trends. We could have easily been given false hope price wise and this would have caused prolonged disappointment- This certainly wasn’t the case by listing through Ray White. When the offer came in, Jason took the time to sit down with my Nan and explain the contract to its full extent. He ensured that she fully understood what she was signing and what would happen next. The high level of professionalism and care on Jason’s part continued even to this day. We would not hesitate in recommending Jason Smith to anyone and everyone and thank him for the incredible result.
