He gave us honest descriptions prior to inspections and answered all our questions. There was no pressure on us to buy and no annoying follow-ups: he simply supplied us the facts and gave us time to make a decision. My son and I felt very comfortable in dealing with him. Since it was our first home, we had very limited knowledge on process involved in purchasing a home. Jason took his time explaining the process and always readily available to answer our questions. The Good: - Unlike most agents that I dealt with, you were willing to spend a decent amount of time talking to me about the property and this area. Most agents rush you through in 30 mins or so. Much appreciated. - Communication was good and fairly prompt considering that I was 125km away most of the time. - It is important that the client does not feel pressured or coerced into making a decision, which I did not. The Bad: - The documents that were scanned for the Section 32 etc. were crooked and a bit pale/low resolution, which made them hard to read. Not the fault of the agent (equipment limitations), but the company needs to address this, as it looks unprofessional. - Can't really comment on the team, as I had minimal dealings with them. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful.
