Honest, knowledgeable, prompt responses to questions/emails, We have never actual met Jason SONG in person we live 12hrs away but trusted him to sell our Algester property, it was a stress free process, we would definitely recommend him and his team to friends and family
Well done Jason for selling our house. The transaction was smooth and a peace of mind.
Jason is an amazing agent who knows the area well. He got us a great result under difficult circumstances, being that we needed a fast sale and it was just before Christmas. He was able to negotiate a higher price for us from the buyer and sold our home faster then we required. While we are sad to see the house and the area go, we know that the new owners will be happy.
Jason is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient sales agent. He takes the time to thoroughly explain all the available possibilities, and he is dedicated to securing the best possible price for the seller. His commitment to his clients is truly commendable, making him a standout in his field. I wholeheartedly endorse and highly recommend Jason for his exceptional service.
When you sell a property you should look for the agent with the greatest local knowledge, the most sales, and sales above the average. Jason Song has consistently been the most prominent agent in our area. (Parkinson) Being an ex-agent myself, I kept track of agents, listings, sales and results in our area. Jason was consistently the leader over the almost five years we were here, so there was no question as to who we would employ to sell our property when we had to move unexpectedly. Jason is a truly professional agent, but is also relatable and willing to spend time with you if needed, to explain the sales process, to suggest any improvements or modifications that will help your sale, and is always available to answer questions. During our sales process, we were kept informed of all interested parties, their comments, and Jason offered advice throughout this time. This process resulted in a timely sale, at a price above our expectations. We are very thankful to Jason for his work and efforts in selling our property, and if you are thinking of selling we would have no hesitations in recommending Jason Song. For the best results, go with the best agent!

Bumped into Jason while doing inspections for multiple properties in my area and it was quite clear that he knew the market better than anyone else. He was helpful guiding us towards this property based on what we shared about our needs. Through the auction and beyond, Jason was very helpful and made this process as enjoyable as possible.
Jason helped us sold our property last month. The communication is always smooth and proactive, the service is absolutly stunning. This well trusted man sold my property just in no more one week after it has been listed. I cannot even believe it! You know what, the price is also very satisfying too! He always stands for sellers, using his professional skills and has wide range of potential buyers. He knows your suburb better than anyone else. So if you are selling your house, let Jason handle it and it will be in safe hands, a good outcome is always ensured.
