Jason Song helped us sell our property. It wasn't an easy case, however Jason Remained positive during the entire process and actively worked for us and got the job done. He is very energetic and positive person and I would recommend Jason Song's service to anyone.
Jason is an absolute package of professionalism, humblebess , easy to deal with, proactive, teamplayer, knowledgeable and a good negotiator who will go a thousand miles extra to get you the right deal. We really enjoyed the whole process of selling our house through him without a worry. He is defenatley our agent for life for both buying and selling.
We chose Jason Song to sell our property and we were not disappointed with our choice. From our very first meeting, it was evident Jason was very passionate and dedicated to his vocation. His experience and knowledge was welcome and relied upon as he worked with us through the stressful process of selling a house. He was always available to answer any questions and stepped us through the requirements. Jason worked hard behind the scenes to maximise our return and ensured we were always protected. The circumstance behind us selling meant Jason had 2 clients for the property, he managed this both professionally and respectfully. He always kept both of us informed throughout the entire process. Jason went above and beyond, helping us to secure a property in the rental market. Who else would do that? Jason is a genuine person and truly cares about delivering the best outcome and experience for his clients. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jason to sell your house, he operates with integrity and professionalism and was always communicative, approachable and available throughout the process. We would certainly engage his services again in the future.

We are happy with Jason Song's service. In particular during the Covid period, he was still working for us and showing buyer through our investment property with maximum protection for him and buyers. We recommend him to any seller.
Jason Song sold our property without putting it on the market. He found us the perfect buyer at the right time. He truly cares about his client, even assist us with solving the problem our previous rental agency caused. He's a doer. Just give him the task, he will try everything to get it done. Trusted him 100%, as he really did have my best interest. My family will recommend him to anyone out there who thinking of selling.
Met with Jason for 5 mins and I knew he is a pro, especially after months of house hunting we have come cross lots of sale agents with all sorts of different approach. It is a pleasure dealing with Jason - fast response, very knowledgeable, nothing is really a problem after we talk thing thru, not to mention we have a couple of weekend/after hours inspections. ALL SWEET EXPERIENCES. Very happy to recommend :)
