Been listed with No. 1 local agent for 3 months and couldn't get a single written offer. Jason helped out in 3 weeks even before we relist it on the market. Selling price is within our expect and 50K more than we have been told by previous agent. Good service also.
Jason was professional and explained every step of the process of selling a house clearly and without coercion. The entire process was stress free and SMOOTH. You cannot go wrong if you sell with Jason.
I cannot recommend Jason Song highly enough! Right from my first contact with Jason he was lovely, open, honest and professional. He truly is the agent that goes the extra mile for his clients, he works insane hours and was always available to answer any questions. He maintained excellent communication and made me feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole experience. I have been looking for the right house for over 12 months and in that time I can honestly say I never met another agent like him. If you want an agent that actually cares about his clients then Jason is your man.
Moving house is not an easy decision, it requires considerable level of effort and you need to have all the information not only related to the property but regarding the facilities, close by amenities, neighbourhood, schooling and transportation. Jason has not only performed his job as a property agent but also acted as an advisor and provided us with the accurate information and guided us step by step moving forward in finalising the deal. Jason is very responsive and if he miss your call then you will definitely receive a call back from him. He never showed any sign of irritation despite we asked the same questions again and again being nervous about our decision. I still remember the afternoon when he called me after office hours and tried his best to finalise the deal and managed to conclude the negotiation between me and the seller. He made us comfortable in making the decision and even as of today in touch with me. Alhumdulilah, we are very happy in our new house and he has fulfilled all his commitments. I can say that he has played an important role during whole of this process and I highly recommend him.
It is my immense pleasure to recommend Jason Song as a real estate agent for any individual or family wanting to sell or buy their home. Jason had an extensive initial meeting with me and took diligent notes regarding my specific needs and expectations. He knew the South Side of Brisbane extensively and was very thorough in comparing my home to other properties of a similar nature and value. Jason or his team were very professional, always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and left me feeling valued. He was also highly personable with an engaging personality and a fun sense of humor which helped me get through the ups and downs of such a daunting process. I am pleased to recommend Jason Song to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is hands down one of the best in the business in my opinion and if I ever need to move again he will be my first choice in real estate agents.
We are appreciate Jason’s professional advise to help us get this house, and he is very devoted, when we decide to buy this house, we can call him at anytime to ask the house details and get the reply from the house owner very quickly. Thanks again for his help.
Jason is a very professional and effective agent. He is ambitious, energetic and imaginative. He showed the consideration for the customers and did his best to fulfill an agent's duties. It's a wise decision for me choosing Jason as my agent.
Jason Song is nice, friendly and hard working. He really listened to my questions and requests, responded promptly and gave me assistance throughout the buying process. He often used his ‘magic’ to help me achieve satisfactory and surprising outcomes.
Selling my house with Jason was very pleasant, he was very professional, honest and smart. He worked very hard and the follow up was excellent. I’ll definitely do business with him again
