He is very professional and has great negotiation skills which assisted us with a speedy purchase and short settlement date. I have come across a fair few real estate agents during my 9month house hunting journey and there are very few like Jason who are genuine and would give his time and attention to finding what each of his buyer's wants rather than just trying to sell a property. Although being prepared for the townhouse market recession in the area, i could still easily get emotional during the negotiation process, as it was the first place in Australia that I could call home. Jason had been dealing professionally with this kind of emotion, no matter as an agent or a friend, and kindly supported through the process.

Jason is a highly recommended agent! He is very accommodating and really knows his stuff. He was the only agent we met that highlighted the great features of the place his selling in comparison with others. He ensured that during our 1st inspection, we’ll get a great first impression of the place. He responded to our emails/calls/messages urgently, even out of office hours and even met us on a Sunday when we made an offer. For sure, we would get his services in the event we would need to sell our house. :)

Overall Jason is a good agent and works very hard for the seller. From a buyers perspective we felt there was some room for improvement. Pushing pages of recent sales in the area at us, in the middle of our bidding at a live auction felt a bit over the top. Jason also referred us to a mortgage broker but did not disclose the financial interest the agency receives from this. Marketing material distributed by Place regularly displays spelling and grammar issues. Overall, Jason is a good agent who you should consider to sell your home. We would consider using Jason to sell our property but as a buyer I would have liked a bit more polish.
