On the surface appeared to be hard working however was a quantity agent looking to sell fast.

Communication could have been better as there was times where we had to follow up and confirm the open home sessions. In our view, this should be something that is clearly communicated in the outset. During the sale process, we had a query in relation to why it was suggested that we advertise the property via a price range (post auction). As a first time seller, we were relying on Jason (being the expert) to provide us with clarity regarding the benefits of this strategy and also was open to his thoughts and suggestions regarding the appropriate price range we should advertise. We understood this was a decision we had to make but did not think it was unreasonable to seek input from our agent. Again, communication was a bit of an issue between us. We also have concerns with the communication between Jason and his fellow colleague who was assisting with the sale. There was a few times where we received phone calls asking for items which was either already provided or communicated to Jason. Overall, our experience was ok. We believe Jason is a good agent as we can see he is very hard working. However, the communication between us could have been better.
