They organised two/three open homes every week along with additional private inspections, which generated strong buyer interest. Our auction day happened to be rainy, and I was quite stressed, but the team reassured us by sharing examples of how they had successfully handled similar weather in the past. They came well prepared with towels and floor mats to keep the house clean and presentable, ensuring the property still looked its best for buyers. Their marketing strategy was also fantastic.
