i would recommend to any one to talk to Jason before putting your house on the market Jason knows the market and is very honest in his market value. i found him very understanding of what a big decision it is to sell your house and for Jason i strongly feel its not just about selling to get commission and sales figure but about walking you though the process and making sure you are comfortable and well informed with what is happening. Jason's would call after every house inspection and during the week would update me on inquiries he would have. . Jason sold my house in about 4 weeks for a price i was very happy with.
