Jason was recommended to us by a local business woman which led to our contacting Jason. We accepted his advice after “interrogating” his reasoning in some detail.
We understand that in a seller’s market it appears to many that it is easy to sell a house. However, we witnessed from Jason some very clever “salesmanship” which delivered to us a contract for $6,000 above asking price in less that a week. He can explain to you the details of this sale but his salesmanship meant that an atmosphere of competitive tension existed for some time amongst potential buyers and within 3 weeks we had realised a $16,000 premium on our house sale thanks to Jason’s skill, patience, persistence and positive outlook.
During the time that the house was on the market and under contract Jason was an excellent “communicator”. We were of course very interested to know what was happening on a day-to-day basis and Jason provided regular updates to us.
