A second time around in writing my opinion & other than taking the same title GREAT AGENT I reiterate my earlier opinions. Jason was caring, researched and professional at his job. I needed a confidant at the time, he stuck by me and I with him. Yes having to lower my price was disappointing & yes the market may have dipped a little, however, this did not deter his efforts.
Very Knowledgeable, Set up advertising really well with Drone Shots and expert Photographer
I found the service from Jason very prompt. Jason always returned my call in a timely fashion. If there as a question I asked him and he did not know the answer he would not make it up. Jason would find out the answer and get back to me.
From beginning to end Jason made the experience of selling our house a breeze. Jason's knowledge of the market is amazing and he works with both parties to get the best outcome. I can't recommend Jason highly enough.
Jason made the whole process really easy. We felt like he always had time for us and operated with compete transparency with every hurdle that popped up. Highly recommended!
Jason's knowledge and understanding of our situation resulted in a quick sale and smooth transaction for all.
Jason Thwaites is the best agent I have met, his knowledge of the housing market is great. He know what he is doing.
Jason performed brilliantly in a very difficult market and projected sale that we knew wasn't going to be an easy sale . Would consider Jason for any further dealings that we may have .
