We meet with Jason 6 months prior to listing our property to discuss items that needed to be addressed prior to listing to sale our property. We also discussed the ideal time to list the property along with the "target" market. Following the listing we received weekly updates on digital traffic via the website and feedback from the private inspections, open houses and similar houses on the market place, including new properties. We achieved a timely sale at a price that allowed us to move on and this was achieved through good planning and communication.

What can I say, Jason was professional from start to finish. Having contacted him over a month before the auction, Jason always provided answers for us to even the most stupid of questions. Being our first auction we've ever bid at, we didn't know the first thing about anything when it came to auctions. Jason talked us through a substantial amount of what what we had to do and how. I'd say he went above and beyond what he really had to and would not hesitate recommending him to anyone. I'd love to give him 10 stars but it won't let me.
