Undervalued vs Market

Jason Thwaites was our second agent after the first agent failed to sell our property for the price we wanted. It got worse and we lost $90,000 from the purchasing price in 3 years. We only had one offer and were under pressure to sell. The property was undervalued for a quick sale. Jason said it's the market and our house was a difficult one to sell. He was away for 2 weeks for holidays during the campaign which was left for his junior staff. The agent fee is 1.8%. Not a good result for us. Can’t recommend him for that.
