Entering the fray of buying our first home, we were daunted by all the new challenges and nuances facing us. After several open houses that led to nothing, we had a phone call with Jason enquiring after a property he was managing. He indicated it was already under offer (as so many places we had seen had been), but then he took the time to discuss our journey thus far, what we were looking for, and in what areas. He then suggested another property not yet on the market, fasciliated a private inspection, and then was incredibly understanding, professional, and prompt in future communication as we made and progressed the offer on the house. Despite hiccups on our end with finances, he was calm and reassuring throughout, and liaised between ourelves and the seller superbly. When the process was done and he met us at our new home, he really helped establish the celebratory atmoshpere, and helped us take those classic photos with the family and the new house.
