my property had been on the market for 3 months with a different real estate and it was going nowhere x no open house, very little advertising and I had to call for updates and wait days for call backs THEN !! Jason’s postcard came through the post (it said “I’ve seen your property on the market , give me a call ” ) i didn’t respond, but the next week another card came lol I was getting more interest in wanting to sell my property from this man than from the Real estate I was paying to sell my property. So I called Jason and 45 minutes later it was so very clear from Jason’s enthusiasm, confidence and knowledge of the area, that we needed to make the change. From the moment Jason took over it was like a weight had been lifted, he did EVERYTHING and he did it immediately, if he says he’s sending forms they arrive within 30 min when he says I’ll arrange advertising it’s done the day he says, and even though we had previously been told by the other real estate “no the tenants won’t allow open house” the first week under Jason’s management he held an open house.
