Nothing was too much for him.....meaning he always has the upper hand! Jason also has an extensive work team around him who were all affable and very professional. As far as price goes he took into account what we wanted to sell it for i e he always strove to get the best price and not simply try and get it off his hands even when some issues were encountered with the house which delayed the sale.
