We had quite a bumpy auction experience. Whilst ours doesn’t happen very often we are certain many other agents wouldn’t have dug deep like Jason did to get this sale across the line. Whilst we had buyers attend auction who weren’t in a position to buy unconditionally more than once (this of course being out of Jason’s hands) he did not stop to get our home sold within the price bracket we needed. Jason used his database of prospective buyers to sell my property seemlessly off market. Jason is good with the big picture but less do on the detail. My sale nearly fell through when Jason was tied up with fresh sales after contract signing. I would recommend managing him closely after contract signing to ensure smooth completion.
