Javid is an extremely respectful agent and dealing with him selling our home was a no brainer. From us meeting with him almost a year prior to us listing, Javid didn’t push an earlier sale or himself on us. Very different to some of the other agents we spoke with. His knowledge of the area is incredible, he had buyers already waiting and knew what they were looking for. Javid’s communication was fantastic and he always made time for us, even after normal work hours, which is when we were more available. From the moment we spoke to him, we knew he was a man of character and integrity, which I think can be hard to find in this business. To top it all off, Javid had our place sold within the week and got us a little over the price we wanted initially. We set him a value to achieve and he more than achieved that.
