Jay went above and beyond the scope of any RE agent we have experienced in the past. He was hands on in helping project manage some renovation work we needed completed and went out of his way to arrange everything efficiently and cost effectively - even watering in the new lawn when the gardener couldn't be there! He has great knowledge of the local market through his many years working and living in the area, and the result he delivered for us far exceeded our expectations.
