As a first home buyer, couldn’t have asked for more.

Going in to buying our first home, we were a little nervous about dealing with real estate agents. As soon as we met Jay though those fears were put to bed. He comes across as a very genuine person, never trying to ‘oversell’, listens to feedback and generally is keen to work with you on getting a mutually beneficial outcome. We signed the sales contract to our first home in a food court of a shopping mall because our schedule wouldn’t allow otherwise. He was happy to accomodate and now he is a part of that happy memory.
