Jay's team contacted us to see if we were interested in a free no obligation assessment and valuation of our home. When he arrived I advised him we aren't interested in selling, we are just curious on what his thoughts were. I thought that may have made the valuation quick and simple and he would just throw out a number and leave. Well, Jay continued to be professional and polite and was very down to earth. Not only did he give us a valuation that was what I thought was on the mark, he spent a little time to give us so many ideas on where and what we could and shouldn't do to maximise our potential to get the best results if and when we were ready to sell. 12 months had passed and we decided to sell due to a job change and because Jay did not push or pressure us to sell when he came and his advice made so much sense we decided to use him to sell our home of 12+ years. I considered selling myself but after researching the work agents have to do I thought best leave it to the professionals. The sale went well, the house was marketed awesome. We took Jay's advice and it was a lot of work but it all paid off. I would have never been able to sell for the price Jay and his team were able to sell it for. If we were to sell again, we will definitely be asking Jay to take care of it for us, that is if he was interested in selling over this side of town.
