We were attracted to Jay at Manor Real Estate by the numerous signs indicating his (and Manor's) successful sales in our neighbourhood. Jay was obliging, friendly and incredibly helpful from the first phone call. His sales experience within the area means that he has an extensive data base of potential buyers and he has an incredible knowledge and memory of his client base. We had the townhouse ready to sell off-market as Jay had suggested within a week, including professional photos, had 32 groups through for our first (and only inspection) and signed a contract for a record townhouse price for 2020 within 10 hours of the open house inspection. This had cost us next to nothing and Jay provided a totally stress-free environment. You would be mad not to use Jay's knowledge and experience!
