We interviewed three local agents to list our mother’s unit In Baulkham Hills. All were excellent and offered similar marketing strategies and were genuine and professional. WE had purchased a property, and needed a speedy sale. Jay was into the campaign from the listing day and had a buyer offer to buy even before the advertising began. The home sold on the second day to one of the 27 people who attended the first open home. There was no need for stressful negotiation because the offer was $6,000 over our asking price!
