Our experience with Jay Bacani - a well presented professional young man with a real attention to detail, answered the phone, replied to texts instantly and was a real pleasure to deal with. We also felt Jay was honest. Other agents would lie about other buyers or higher offers - Jay was straight forward and no garbage. Other agencies would always say bad things about manor and there staff - I couldn’t understand why.
