Jay went above and beyond our expectations when selling our property, getting us the best possible outcome. Selling a property is daunting enough especially with the market being as competitive as it currently is, but Jay and his co-worker Sandy made it as easy and stress free as they possibly could, nothing was ever an issue and they were nothing but accomodating. I couldn’t recommend a real estate agent more

From day one Jay kept me informed and guided me through the process! Jays professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Jay in the future when buying or selling.

Thankyou Jay for your professionalism and sound advice. A great result once again! Can always rely on you amd trust your expertise and experience. Appreciated. Won't hesitate to contact you again when the time comes!!

Very very happy with my experience with jay and the price that he achieved

The sale of a home is a big decision in anyone's life and Jay and Sandy provided us with encouragement, support and guidance in this step toward our retirement and relocation. We knew the market was moving quickly and it did (2 days, SOLD). After the sale, Jay continued to keep us 'in the loop' until settlement. All of the arrangements for, and time to, settlement were capably managed by the team. We are very happy. Thankyou Cleary/Fairbrother Property

Jay went above and beyond to support the sale of our property. We appreciated his frequent updates and positive attitude. He achieved the result we were looking for, thanks Jay!

Very helpful with the process of buying, and very professional. Jay made the process of buying very easy within these trying times. I highly recommend Jay and his business, when considering buying or selling your house.

Jay and Sandy work as a team which is great to see. My experience with the Jay with the purchase was smooth and professional.

From the first call to the end of the deal I found Jay to be completely professional and very helpful going above and beyond what was required from him. I would definitely use Jay if I was to need an agent again. Excellent service.

I found jay to be professional, thorough and easy to work with. I cannot recommend Jay highly enough

Looking for an investment property in the Bathurst region was made all that bit easier by having Jay involved. Right from the start Jay was very effective in his communication and at all stages of this purchase he was open and honest with the property market in the region. He was very easy to deal with and we felt confident off the back of Jay's professionalism. We would highly recommend Jay and would have no reservations about engaging his services again. Thanks Jay!

Jay was very professional and easy to work. He helped us achieve a great result
