Jay was very knowledgeable with the current market & the area where I purchased my property. Any questions or concerns I had were followed up promptly & professionally. I was very appreciative of how things were dealt with throughout one of the most stressful times in my life. Jay (and Sandy) went above & beyond with getting my son & I into our own home without adding extra stress for something that they really didn’t have to arrange to have done. I cannot express how much gratitude that I have for Jay.. tears definitely fell on settlement & I was very humbled. The “welcome home” pack was a lovely touch. I definitely recommend this team when buying your property :)
