This is the second house we have purchased through Jay. Both times he has been open and honest with us. He is incredibly professional, but also kind and compassionate. He took the time to get to know us, and our family and was able to get us what we wanted. He communicates clearly and timely, and I never felt like I was asking a dumb question.
