Hi. From the moment we all met Jay we were impressed by not only his manner but also his relaxed and extremely affable personality. Any fears we held were explained to us with detail by Jay and his experience and knowledge shone through during our visits. We visited several times to our future home and every time we were impressed with Jays ability to go above and beyond for us. Impressed with Jay is an understatement .
