My situation was that I have been relocating to North Queensland and I have been away throughout my whole sales process. Jay provided me an exceptional level of commitment throughout my entire sales experience. From initial meeting and offering an honest market appraisal there was no expectation or pressure to commit straight away. When time came for me to proceed Jay offered valuable consumer advice and whilst I have been away Jay has been in constant communication keeping me updated in all aspects of the sales process and what I needed to be aware of. Despite being so far away and managing my own relocation having Jay overseeing my sale it certainly helped in reducing any concerns I had with his professionalism and personal commitment to achieving my best possible outcome. I can't thank Jay enough for his efforts in representing me throughout this whole process and would not hesitate in using his services again if ever required to do so. 10/10
