We met Jay years ago when looking for a house. While we did not end up buying the property, his respect for the people both buying and selling struck us. Fast forward 4 years to when we have decided to sell and both Jay and Shanay were the first and only people we thought of. The contract and open market process was straight forward with various opportunities being thoughtfully considered with advice at each step of the way (house presentation, photos, market strategy, etc). This is illustrated by the quick sale (~10 days on market) as well as the competitive offers that were presented (and re-negotiated) - of which I'm certain the offers would not have been as strong / compelling without Jay's tireless efforts to get the right buyer (at the right price). It should also be noted that when I had a challenge (over a long weekend even) that Jay assisted me through this even though I know it was his day off which shows the attention to detail and 'going to the extra mile'.
