Unlike other agents who once they have your home, then try to get you to progressively lower the price, Jay defended the homes pricing. Overall, it seemed that O'Briens had a better track record in terms of past sales volume and obtaining higher prices than others. Although the expected sale estimate was I thought was a bit exaggerated...but this was not an issue. Unlike some other agents, they presented more as a team rather than an individual.
