We’ve had a very positive experience selling our home with Jay and Shenay. We choose them over other real estate agents for 3 key reasons ( and I’m glad we did): 1. They’re a small team so it’s just the two of them that oversee everything with clients. 2. Jay’s a great communicator. He always kept us up to date with how things were going . If I needed to contact him, there was always a very prompt reply. 3. Their fee is very competitive and he knew the suburb well to able to promote it to potential buyers. Highly recommend them!
