After talking with several real estate agencies, decided to run with Jay Giblett. Overall, it seemed that O'Briens had a better track record in terms of past sales volume and obtaining higher prices than others. Although the expected sale estimate was I thought was a bit exaggerated...but this was not an issue. Unlike some other agents, they presented more as a team rather than an individual. Both Jay Giblett and Shenay Miller handled the process professionally and communication was excellent throughout. There was no pressure to accept any offers and felt that they were pushing to get the highest price, not just a quick turnover.
