Our house was being sold in a very difficult market. Jay understood the sale was important to us and had a strong sense of urgency to always help. Jay was always great in keeping us informed and was always prompt to respond to calls and texts. When the right buyer came Jay was quick to negotiate the right outcome for us. Jay was also the second agent. We had tried another agent first so this also made it an addtional challenge. However Jay was able to overcome this and still help us with the sale. Highly recommended.
