Excellent communicator and great negotiator

I have been very impressed with Jay (and Shenay, though I mainly dealt with Jay). I was selling my house in a tough market, but he never pressured me to accept a lower offer, and when the right buyer came along, he made it all happen. He is an excellent communicator who kept me constantly updated at every step. He was always available to answer my questions, even late at night, and provided much-needed moral support when things got stressful. Thanks, Jay!
