Jay was recommended to us by another seller in our complex and we couldn’t be happier with the result. He had a strong understanding of both our building and the Gosford market, was across all the strata details, and managed to bring in two buyers almost instantly. Our property was operating as an Airbnb which made inspections a bit tricky but Jay handled everything seamlessly. He was an excellent communicator, always quick to respond and nothing was ever a problem. Highly recommend
