Jay, is exceptional, if it wasn't for Jay, we would not have our dream property, most other agents did not pursue us even though we saw at least 40-50 properties and dealt with numerous agents, Jay kept in touch with myself and with all my given requests, he knew the property we were lucky to get was perfect for us and made our dream a reality and worked late on a Saturday night to help make this happen, I will always be thankful and cannot recommend Jay enough with the added bonus, Jay is a genuine nice guy and an absolute pleasure to deal with, thank you for all you have done.
