Hello I could not answer Market Knowledge as we had looked around . Jay Has very good communication skills. He it all that he could to help us. I have suggested that feed back should to sent after people have had a chance to settle in and are not bogged down with packing... also this would not let me exit if I didn't answer two question very annoying !! which does not add to the experience as time is valuable !! so question 1 I rated low because it did not apply !! and on that note I did not appreciate the sale price being advertised !!!
