Jay Lesquilier was recommended to me to sell my mother's unit in St Lucia, Brisbane. Unfortunately over the years the agency looking after the property, Little Real Estate Company (previously Rental Express) had let things slide and the state of the unit wasn't the best. As my mother lives in Cairns and I in Perth Jay was great in organising trades and a handyman to spruce up the unit for sale.
