I have known Jay for nearly 10 years, from when he sold me a unit in Taringa in 2006. Jay was an automatic choice when it came to selling our unit in Coorparoo in 2016, providing excellent advice on price, selling strategy, when to sell. He worked well with the existing tenant and kept us informed during each step of the sale.
